Thank you for supporting 'til i make it. Every piece is carefully made, packed, and shipped with care.


Shipping

All physical orders are processed and dispatched within 3–5 business days.

Orders are shipped via NZPost. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where applicable).

Estimated Delivery Times

New Zealand & Australia: 3–6 business days
Rest of World: 6–14 business days

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to customs processing or postal delays.

USA Orders

For orders shipped to the United States, all import duties and tariffs are included and paid in your shipping costs. You will not be charged additional customs fees upon delivery. 

International Orders

Customers outside the United States may be responsible for customs fees, import taxes, or duties required by their country.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. 'til i make it is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect address details.


Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final.

Due to the handmade nature of each piece, returns and exchanges are not accepted unless the item arrives damaged.

If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include clear photos of:

  • The damaged item
  • The packaging
  • The shipping label

If your claim is approved, a replacement or refund will be issued at our discretion.

Minor variations in colour, texture, or surface finish are part of the handmade process and are not considered defects.


Digital Products

All digital file purchases are final.

Due to the nature of digital downloads, refunds, returns, or exchanges are not offered.

If you experience technical issues accessing your file, please contact us and we will assist you.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been handed to the courier, 'til i make it is not responsible for lost or stolen items. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please contact the courier directly.
